− Ruidoso, el personal grita desde temprano frente a las puertas de los dormitorios. Hacen reparaciones ruidosas desde muy temprano. El aire acondicionado es viejo y tremendamente ruidoso, no deja dormir. El edredón tenía manchas que parecían de sangre. La instancia en el horario del check-out, con mensajes reiterativos resulta casi acosador.
Very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Could walk everywhere.

The real San José del Cabo experience
10.0I've always gone by the rule of thumb that the best kept secrets should stay that way, but out of my deep appreciate from this wonderful hotel in the gallery district, I'm breaking my own rule. I've stayed there multiple times and always have appreciated the staff for their professionalism and hospitality. The first time I stayed there several years ago, I took a shared shuttle from the airport , hilariously when I was dropped off, everyone else in the shuttle were bound for various all-inclusive resorts and I overhead someone ask their boyfriend something like "why aren't we staying here!?", which was the general vibe I was getting from everyone else realizing there are far more interesting alternatives to all-inclusive scene. If you're looking for an amazing boutique hotel, right in the heart of the city, next to the best tacos you'll find & want to connect with the real Cabo, El Encanto Inn & Suites is well worth considering.
Hope to return and will definitely stay at El Encanto again!
10.0This is a beautiful hotel with lovely interior gardens and pool setting. Very quiet! Staff were super friendly and helpful! Excellent location in the arts district with many restaurants and shops nearby! This was the second time I had stayed at this property and would definitely return!

9.0This was a lovely location, but we were advised that this historic building was about to be demolished to make way for a condo building - tragic! So any review is irrelevant, as our great location no longer exists.
− Demolition of historic buildings to make room for capital investments. Sad!
