8.0Location was great, very walkable for city activities. It is also close the free shuttle pickup. Breakfast options varied on the days we were there which was nice.
− Only one person working at the front desk meant they were spread very thin to attend to guest needs.

− Floors not clean, television didn’t work with Netflix after I signed into my personal account, staff was not friendly at all. The Memphis location is the opposite so I was surprised. Parking garage is difficult.
