− Storend dat het restaurant niet schoon is, dagen vieze vloer, plakkende vlekken op de vloer, kruimels onder de tafels, langs plinten Stoelen op het balkon zijn aan vervanging toe. Geen variatie in het ontbijt

8.0The location is definitely excellent. The hotel isn't particularly large, but it's adequate for a short stay. The rooms are fine, although there are some minor drawbacks. A plus is that it's close to the lake and forest if you enjoy walking.
− No kettle/coffee maker in the room, no mugs. They're supposed to be in the hallway, but it would be better if they were directly in the room. Although the room was quite large, it was brutally hot. Fortunately, there was a fan that helped, but air conditioning might be worth considering in the future. Breakfast was generally good, but the selection was very limited. There were no hot scrambled eggs, vegetables, or a wider selection of fruit.

6.0Mooie locatie te midden van Schoorl, Bergen en Alkmaar. Badkamer reeds vernieuwd en zag er netjes en modern uit. Bedden lagen prima. Balkon met uitzicht op het dierenparkje.
− Deur naar trapopgang hotelkamer en kamer zelf, moest met sleutel opengemaakt worden, erg onhandig als je je handen vol hebt met bagage. Kamer was verouderd, vlekken op het behang en tapijt op de vloer (onhygiënisch). Geen airco, verduisterende gordijnen, föhn. Geen thee/koffie faciliteiten op de kamer (wel achter een deur in de gang). Zeer kleine tv. Erg gehorig. Ontbijt summier.
