7.0Great city centre location, clean, wonderful staff and cookies on arrival 😀 Breakfast was good.
− Air-conditioning unit in room hardly worked. Bathroom overhaul is a must. Very spacious but poor shower over bath unit. Lots of water damaged paintwork and no extraction fan. For a premium price it wasn't a premium room

It was a great few days spent in York, hotel was great in everything one needed, so close to entrance to inner city wall

− Would prefer it if it wasn’t dog friendly. Wasn’t keen on being woken up by a dog in the middle of the night.
