10.0Pincoffs boutique hotel is a great place to stay in Rotterdam. The hotel is in a lovingly restored heritage building reflecting the vision and passion of the family that created it. The guest rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with incredibly high ceilings. The bathroom is split between a separate water closet and a shower room with what must be the highest rain shower in Europe. The property has a beautiful bar and lounge, and a bright breakfast room. Staff are young, knowledgeable and eager to please. Breakfast is a combination of a self-serve buffet and made-to-order egg dishes. While at first glance, Pincoffs seems to be well off the beaten path, the location has many advantages. Parking is close and access to the city centre is quite convenient once you figure out the water taxi network. You just download an app and board the boat right in front of the hotel. If you don’t go downtown, there are plenty of great dining options within a ten minute walk of the hotel. Anyone arriving in Rotterdam, particularly by car, should make this your first choice.

10.0We stayed for 1 night before crossing out of Rotterdam. We loved our stay here! Warmly greeted immediately by staff. Room was large and charming as pictures. Easy 10 minute walk to cruise terminal in the am.

2.0Struttura molto vecchia, con arredi non adeguati, colazione scarsa, pochissimo assortimento di prodotti, per clientela italiana. Distanza dalla metro 12 minuti a piedi, Distanza dal bus 10 minuti a piedi. Viene classificato un hotel 5 stelle ma sarebbe un 3 stelle. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Non lo consiglio.

10.0The staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the metro for easy access for day trips. Their breakfast was lovely and the small hotel bar was very cheerful.
Nice boutique hotel
8.0Nice boutique hotel. We weren’t really prepared for the stairs in our room as my wife has walking disability so that could have been communicated better or different room offered but we were only there 2 nights so it was manageable. Otherwise a nice hotel. Breakfast was worth the stay.
