4.0The location is excellent in the centre of the village. Sadly the hotel is past its sell by date, very basic, dark and in desperate need of a refurb. I found the staff a bit miserable, breakfast very basic. Only stayed 2 nights and had no hot water. I would not return.

6.0Great location and fantastic balcony view. Probably best location in Dalyan. But no information in rooms. Good breakfast. No WiFi for four days which was reported and staff seemed indifferent. Very frustrating.

8.0L'hôtel est très propre mais dans son état d'origine. Une modernisation serait la bienvenue. Television ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de documents à disposition ( horaires etc...)

10.0Stayed at the tezcan hotel for 14 days at the end of August. Can't recommend the place enough. Although the rooms were pretty basic, everything else more than made up for it. The room had everything you would need. The pool was a good size with plenty of recliners for guests. Really good breakfast with plenty of choice. Bed sheets and towels changed every day. Room cleaned every day. The real gem of the hotel is the staff. They could not do enough for you. So warm and welcoming. The 2 cleaning ladies were always smiling and really nice. The boys Cano and Mitchel were really helpful and friendly often checking in. The reception staff and the man they called uncle were also really lovely. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you guys for making our holiday so special ❤️
