Perfect surbiton stay
9.0Great rooms, quite spacious which is always nice. Super clean and great location right in front of the station. Staff is very friendly and welcoming it really does make the difference

− Blocked bath waste, no cold water basin tap, no logically positioned electric sockets for boiling kettle or hairdryer, carpet unfixed to ensuite bathroom, wardrobe door couldnt open or close properly as curtains in the way, tv no hd as signal poor, windows falling apart on the outside, tiny fridge, no parking outside.
