Good stay with some unexpected surprise charges

8.0

The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and it’s much bigger and spacious than looked in the pictures. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook big meals. The location is convenient and the staff very nice. The common areas are nice, although the hot tub is in renovation right now.

The communication with the property is not easy. I sent them a couple of messages to request an extension of my reservation and didn’t get any reply. I took me many calls to get a hold of a representative. They gave us some instructions for check out, including throwing the trash and start the dishwasher. We forgot to throw the trash in the bathrooms and they charged us 50$, which seems a little excessive.
