2.0HORRIBLE SERVICE They are using the coronavirus pandemic as an excuse. At check in they told me that I don’t have a reservation with Expedia they don’t work with Expedia. And when I showed my confirmation they did not know what to say. But at check out they continued the discussion that they have no idea how I booked a room with Expedia. They lock you in the hotel. You need to call a mobile number on the front door to find someone. When I asked what happens if the hotel has a fire or an earthquake how do we exit and the response was you need to wait for someone to unlock the door. They have not turned on the AC. Called all night the front desk because our room was so hot, no employee was at the hotel. The conclusion of the story, it was not the hotels fault, because in the world we live in today my expectations were to high.

10.0Another wonderful stay at Hotel Byzantino. The best place to stay in Patra by far, for its beautiful rooms and amazing location, right in the heart of the city. It’s also not always easy travelling with 2 children under 5 - until you get to Byzantino :) They couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming to us all. We enjoyed a wonderful room and great breakfast (all included) but the service of the staff was the most wonderful part of the whole visit. Special thanks to Katarina, Dionysius and Aristea for looking after us so well! Thank you for everything, we can’t wait to come back!
