10.0We were initially allocated an upper floor room but as my wife has a crook knee we asked if we might be changed to a ground floor room. Management were very happy to oblige. Although we didn't access them the mini bar prices were extremely reasonable.
Friendly staff, great room, easy access and parking and comfortable facilities.

9.0The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Well stocked mini bar. Great location within the CBD and within walking distance of a gourmet cafe for breakfast and lunch. Good value for money. I can recommend this hotel.
− The lift wasn't working so we had to lug our suitcases up the stairs. The bathroom didn't have any heating or extractor fan.
Amazing historical building with great service
10.0Such a beautiful old historical building, when we checked in the young bloke at the front desk gave us some background history as he showed us our room. The rooms are so comfy, spacious and the views were stellar. Also - best water pressure in the shower! Great location, no complaints.
