10.0We had a wonderful family holiday at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Resort. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was fantastic. We would especially like to thank,Mohammed, Ibrahim and Adrian from the Reception for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. They were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any request, making us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Hamdy and Kazem from the Lobby Bar for their warm smiles, excellent service, and friendly attitude. They truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Mohammed,Ahmed and all the restaurant and bar staff whose names we couldn’t mention individually. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and always served us with a smile. The rooms, cleanliness, pools, beach, and all the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. 9.0Receptionists are very friendly and animation team is good.Rooms are pretty clean and tidy while aqua park and pools are enough and very clean.the whole staff are very friendly. Beach is very nice too .
− No much variety in food but the food made with love and good taste. No much activity on the beach.

10.0Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Jaz Del Mar Hurghada. Tout était parfait : les chambres, la propreté, la nourriture, les animations et les installations. Un immense merci à tout le personnel, Mr Mahmoud , Mr alaa les barmans islam et ahmed etc....qui sont d'une gentillesse, d'un professionnalisme et d'une disponibilité remarquables. Ils font vraiment tout pour que les vacances soient agréables. Le seul petit point négatif que nous avons rencontré ne mérite même pas d'être mentionné, car il a été pris en charge et résolu en quelques minutes par l'équipe. C'est très appréciable de voir un hôtel aussi réactif. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
