− The elevator is not level with the room you have to maneuver the stairs & with heavy luggage not so friendly for seniors

− Supply more towels, TV was old and you couldn’t connect your devices to it, the remote had Netflix button but no Netflix and the supply of toilet paper could be increased. I wouldn’t let these slight improvement affect the perfect score I have because it was a really good boutique apartment complex

− The washer-dryer in the suite was not working. It took forever to wash and dry even after they replaced it.

− The location was a little too far from the main area we wanted to be in Barcelona but buses and trains are close by
