7.0Posizione perfetta, a due passi dal porto. La camera era al terzo piano e dava sul lago quindi abbiamo goduto di una gran bella vista. Il personale è stato davvero cortese e gentile.
− Non c'è parcheggio, si trova posto nelle vicinanze se non ci vai in alta stagione. La stanza non era pre-riscaldata e shampoo/bagnoschiuma in bustine di bassa qualità. Il livello complessivo della struttura è sicuramente migliorabile.
The worst ever hotel experience!
1.0The only positive aspcet on this hotel is its central location in Baveno.
− I took part in a meeting held in the Grand Hotel Dino across Hotel Residence Dei Fiori. I was told that all other hotels were full at the time, so I had no other choices but to stay there for three nights. I was given a room, which was located behind an inner yard at the street level! Several features simply did not work: air-conditioning, TV and WI-FI. On the second day I found signs of smoking in my pillow!! On the third day electricity went off and they had to change my room (I admit that the new one located in the third floor of the main buildong was more pleasant). They never offered to help me (room change was done at early night without any light) and they never apologized. What annoyed me the most was the staff's behavior (after all I did not expect much form such a hotel): they were arrogant and not at all helpful or polite. Try to avoid this hotel at all means!
