Mediocre, awkward layout, understaffed, and terrible hospitality

− Never answered the receptionist phone, would ask them to clean my room multiple times until I just gave up and bared with the minor service they gave me. I booked an executive suite for 5 nights, and the hotel breakfast was not included. Just overall very mediocre and can get better service, cleanliness and value for your money elsewhere. Another instance staff would just barge into my room without knocking which was my biggest peeve.

Après plus de 12 heures d'un trajet éprouvant, la qualité de l'accueil a immédiatement posé le ton : un grand merci à l'agent d'accueil pour son sourire d'une sincérité et d'une chaleur rares. Une arrivée si bienveillante vous confirme d'emblée que vous avez fait le meilleur choix possible pour votre séjour. La chambre, incroyablement vaste et respirante, offrait un véritable havre de sérénité. La literie, d'un confort exceptionnel, m'a permis de me ressourcer pleinement. L'emplacement est ultra-central. Pour les futurs voyageurs arrivant par le S-Bahn ou le U-Bahn : la sortie demande un petit temps d'orientation pour repérer le bâtiment la première fois, mais l'adresse est idéale une fois installé. Merci encore au personnel pour cette expérience irréprochable.
