10.0Louisa, Ramone and Elizeah were amazing at front desk this place is by far one of the best I have ever visited. They do make you feel like you are home. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Location was amazing and the rooms were just outstanding.

6.0Les chambres et l’hôtel en soit: exceptionnel, chambres très luxueuse outre le fait que la douche devenait une piscine car le drain ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre le service client, c’est dommage mais pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, ce n’est pas à la hauteur du tout…

6.0Das ist definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Die Zimmer werden sehr sehr schlecht gereinigt, die Handtücher die gewechselt werden hatten ständig Haare von Vorgängern drin und trotz mehrmaliger Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurde die Reinigung nicht besser. Das Hotel wurde auch nur teilweise renoviert. Vieles, wie in die Dusche, in den Zimmern und auch im gesamten Hotel ist sehr alt, noch von einem vorherigen Hotel. Ein Kids Club existiert auch nicht, obwohl die dafür werben. Lediglich das Frühstück und das italienische Restaurant ist gut und die Kellner sehr freundlich. Die Getränkepreise in der Lobby sind Wucher! Und stehen zu keinem Verhältnis!
