Wir waren im Neubau untergebracht und im zweiten Stock hatten sogar einen Blick auf den See. Die Zimmer sind super ausgerichtet. Es ist sehr ruhig. Die dazugehörige Gartenwirtschaft ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Qualität der Essen ist überdurchschnittlich

− Generell wie bei anderen Hotels. Auch muss die Unterkunft aufpassen, dass das Preisgefüge nicht aus dem Ruder läuft, sowohl beim Essen als auch bei den Zimmerpreisen. Die ständigen Preiserhöhungen führen zu einem endlichen Erfolg.

Le cadre, la vue depuis le resto et les communs sont très bien décorés. La chambre était grande et très bien insonorisée.

− Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que l'on voit sur Booking. Il y a une partie récente avec une décoration intérieure moderne et la vieille partie moins chic, surtout les salles de bains. Mais cela peut plaire à d'autres car c'est très propre.

Old-world hotel, lovely outdoor restaurant, Bodensee Therme and Freibad 5 mins by foot

Breakfast was delicious and extensive. It was wonderful to be able to sit outside in the garden to eat it (in June), or to sit inside if preferred. The staff helped me out with minding luggage, and took care to find me a quiet bedroom, which was very spacious. The onsite restaurant in the beer garden is also lovely in summer. Another big reason to stay here is that the Bodensee Therme Konstanz is five minutes walk down a slight hill , by the lake. The Therme Konstanz also has a really great, excellent value outdoor water park in summer (only 7.50 euro for the Freibad area with two big slides in June 2026 for an all-day ticket). For around 35 euro, Bodensee Therme Konstanz also has the adjoining indoor and outer heated thermal pool which are open all year round except for renewal for a week or two in June (worth trying for the 3 hour experience if you're feeling flush!). There is a regular bus (the 5, I think) that goes on a loop between near the city-centre Bahnhof (train station) and the Therme/Bodensee Stadion, and stops right by the hotel). You get a free transport card with your stay.

− The weather was extremely hot, so the rooms were also hot under the eaves. However, there were two very useful big fans, which we left running all night, which helped considerably. Wifi and mobile reception were poor (and in Allmannsdorf nearby).
