Falta de respeto y seriedad frente a un contrato.
2.0Realicé mi reserva con dos meses de anticipación a mi estadía y cuando llegamos no había disponibilidad de habitaciones. Nos mandaron a otro hotel de menor categoría por el mismo precio, dónde las condiciones de alojamiento dejaban mucho que pensar.
