− No primeiro dia a água não esquentou, o banheiro tem cheiro de xixi, a tv é péssima, Internet não funciona

− Manutenção não está em dia, porta estava ruim, check in demorou 2 horas, muitas áreas com pintura ruim, equipamentos enferrujados e estética prejudicada.

7.0El hotel es muy bonito, las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y la playa es simplemente espectacular. El personal fue amable y la comida estuvo bien durante toda la estancia. Es un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar del paisaje.
− Considero que la descripción del alojamiento puede resultar confusa al promocionarse como "all inclusive". En realidad, únicamente están incluidas las tres comidas principales (desayuno, almuerzo y cena), mientras que las bebidas alcohólicas y otros productos tienen un costo adicional. Sería importante que esta información estuviera claramente especificada desde el principio para evitar expectativas equivocadas.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature.
