− Toaletten var 30 cm från dubbelsängen, glas dörr med hål i som inte gick att stänga. Kändes som att man var i sängen och gjorde sina behov. Katastrof dåligt.

− There was a lot of noise, and the room doors were not well insulated. Doors were constantly being slammed, which made it difficult to relax. The bathroom door in the room was made of glass and was awkward to close, offering very little privacy or comfort. The shower is also in need of repair and should be fixed.

− There was quite a lot of noise from the street, which was disturbing, especially at night.
