7.0The bed was comfy, spacious rooms. My facial from Ruby was excellent.
− I booked a facial for our arrival day and it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The spa put it right and gave me another treatment with a different therapist.
Would return but hotel needs a little investment to improve.
7.0Staff and hotel very accommodating. Plenty of parking and rooms a decent size.
− Beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable and no options to change. Spa and pool was a little tired and could do with a refresh. Jet pool had many tiles missing and lots loose, which wasn’t comfortable.
The property and its location was great, the staff at the spar was terrible for want of better word
