8.0The staff is amazing from our communication with Pete and arranging our stay and the service we received in the restaurant and the reception desk. So warm and friendly. The room size was large giving us room for our ski bags etc. Please with everything. The only negative was hearing some noise between rooms. But easily o relooked with all the positives.

10.0Had a great stay here. Warm, cosy, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and great service in bar/restaurant. Handy to Mt Hutt for skiing or Opuke pools for relaxing. Make sure to book the pools in advance as limited number and book out fast.
