9.0O hotel é imponente e apesar de ser muito antigo, está muito bem preservado. Os funcionários todos são prestativos e educados. A roupa de cama e banho são excelentes. O café da manhã excepcional. As piscinas todas são aquecidas, a sauna é uma delícia. As massagens e banhos especiais são pagos à parte, mas vale muito a pena.
− Achei o jantar muito caro, é buffet e tem uma variedade incrível de alimentos, sobremesas. Mas não vale a pena para quem come pouco como eu. Mas existe outras opções nos bares do hotel como porções ou optar em jantar na cidade.

10.0Tudo perfeito! Realmente uma imersão histórica. Ficamos encantados com a grandeza do hotel, a história, cada detalhe desse palácio. Optamos por estadia com pensão completa, e foi a melhor escolha. Toda alimentação impecável, completa com refeições de estrelas. Nem de perto em Araxá tem alguma alimentação melhor. Com certeza pensão completa é a melhor opção. Já estamos pensando no dia de voltar a nos hospedar nele. Simplesmente maravilhoso. Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos.
− Só não gostamos da questão de não ter carregador veicular elétrico. Perguntei se havia antes de ir e nos deram a informação incompleta. Disponibilizam as tomadas, mas não os carregadores. Quem tiver interesse em usufruir de carregamento precisa trazer o próprio cabo (carregador portátil), pois só é disponibilizado as tomadas para encaixe. Vale a pena corrigir essa informação quando for repassada ao cliente. Agora já sabemos para uma próxima vez. Não gostamos de ter que ir embora. Rs…
