Nice hotel but a few details lacking.
7.0Common areas were lovely. Plenty of staff. Easy to park. The room was comfortable and clean.
− Having to go all the way to the spa reception at the other end of the hotel to get a key to use the gym at 7am. Also there was no room service menu - QR code took me to a booklet which didn’t have a menu so went round in circles. Eventually got a physical restaurant menu which wasn’t really a room service menu - the food in the bar would have been more appropriate to have been served as room service. Breakfast buffet was so so. Would have been nice to have freshly cooked options like eggs Benedict or avocado. Shower gel had run out in the room.

My view
7.0Room was comfortable and clean. There was no Aircon in the room so hot and stuffy. There was what looked like a heater in the room which may have been an Aircon unit. There was no information in the room and no instructions.
− As above, due to us having 12 for dinner we had to pre-order. Somehow my meal was forgotten and I had to wait for it to be cooked. This meant everyone was then waiting for me to finish which was embarrassing.
