4.0Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.
− Wir hatten uns auf ein sehr gutes Abendessen im Restaurant gefreut. Allerdings war der Servive unterirdisch: Man bestellt Essen und dazu passende Getränke, der Kellner bringt die Getränke, teilt aber mit, dass das Essen nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Auf der Karte gab es aber keine weiteren Fischgerichte. Immerhin hat der Kellner eine neue Bestellung für andere Getränke aufgenommen. Aber im weiteren Verlauf hat uns das Personal nicht mehr beachtet. Als wir den Kellner aufmerksam machten, um ein Dessert zu bestellen, hieß es, die Küche sei jetzt geschlossen. Als Kompensation bot man ein Eis für meine Frau und einen Espresso für mich an. Das Eis kam, aber kein Löffel.. Der Espresso musste mehrfach angemahnt werden, ...obwohl an den Nachbartischen zwischenzeitlich sowohl Desserts als auch Espressi serviert wurden. Alles in Allem war darüberhinaus das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen.

− That no combs were sold in the reception. This was already addressed during my stay so I expect this will be part of their accomodations going forward
