10.0This is a small apartment. Everything you want and everything you need. Very clean and modern. Very close to shops and shopping centre. Definitely recommend

Happy overall except that free wifi as represented was not made available, and given the holiday season, no help was available (the property has still not responded to my emails, 2 days after the end of my trip). Hotels.com was fantastic in offering a voucher within 24 hours of my report though!

8.0Our stay at Park Avenue was very comfy and pleasing. Central to everything we needed. Only complaint was No hairdryer in our Unit and I tripled checked the website before going so I had to go and buy one. Plus No cable/satellite which was also advertised.
