− In de secret garden was iedereen avond muziek en gepraat. Soms te hard. We hadden bewust voor de rustige wijk Kensington gekozen dus direct viel een beetje tegen.

1.0Das ist kein Hotel das ist eine Gottlose Frechheit. Es wird nicht gesaugt, M&M's vom Vorgänger in 5 tägigen Aufenthalt nie entfernt. Fotos sind fernab jeder Realität. Fenster schmutzig, Bad versifft, perfekt für Halloween. Putz von der Decke bröckelt im Bad ab.
− Frühstück kalt, Kaffee=Abwasserqualität Zimmer ist eine Katastrophe, Abfluss läuft nicht sauber ab.

9.0the room was big, besides the bathroom, and even if we booked for four, there was an extra bed, which we really appreciated. the property is placed in a really good location. I totally recommend it!

3.0The location was OK, between two subway stations (a 10-minute walk) in the city centre. It was on the 2nd floor and had a street-facing window. Breakfast was Ok without any luxury; it had the basics.
− The room was really small, even by London standards. It had a bed, a narrow walkway and two small bedside tables tucked into the corner away from the bed. There was no wardrobe, desk or chair. The bathroom was equally cramped; as a tall person, I struggled to sit comfortably on the toilet. The water was scarce but at least hot. The lift was tiny and a bit unsettling. I felt really scammed by the pictures and description of the facilities.

− The room was different than the one we reserved at the website, one tiny television, the bathroom was dirty and the room was very small with no refrigerator.
