Waardeloze nacht door defecte airco
3.0Prima hotel met een fijn zwembad en een goede sauna. Zowel het diner als het ontbijt waren van goede kwaliteit en het personeel in het restaurant was vriendelijk.
− Ons verblijf begon veelbelovend, maar werd helaas volledig overschaduwd door een defecte airco. Zowel met de airco aan of uit, bleef de condensatiepomp de hele nacht aanslaan. Elke 5 tot 15 minuten zorgde dit voor een hard brommend geluid, terwijl de kamer ook nog eens erg warm was. We hebben daardoor vrijwel niet geslapen. Om 23.30 uur heb ik de receptie gebeld. Er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar omdat het hotel volgeboekt was. Later in de nacht heb ik opnieuw geprobeerd contact op te nemen, maar zowel de receptie als het 24/7-noodnummer waren onbereikbaar. Rond 04.00 uur ben ik zelfs naar de receptie gelopen, waar niemand aanwezig was. De volgende ochtend moesten we eerst nog ongeveer een half uur wachten op de manager. Uiteindelijk ontvingen we €90 compensatie, wat ik waardeer. Toch vond ik de reactie weinig begripvol en bleef de teleurstelling groot. Voor een verblijf bij een goed hotel verwacht je vooral een goede nachtrust. Helaas was dat voor ons niet het geval.
