1.0I would like to express my disappointment regarding our stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was not as we expected based on the information and photos shown on Booking.com. The cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, and the swimming pool was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos. The rooms did not have balconies, and the marina view was very disappointing as it overlooked a garbage area. Since the rooms did not have balconies, we requested rooms next to each other so that we could spend time with our friends in the evenings, but unfortunately, our request was refused. Overall, I did not feel like I was on vacation. The experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. I would appreciate it if you could review our complaint and look into this matter with the hotel.

7.0The hotel is in the heart of the city, making it a good choice for anyone who wants to explore the area. It is close to all the main attractions. The hotel is clean, and the room is spacious and comfortable.
− The pool is very small and not suitable for relaxing or spending an entire day. The hotel entrance feels more like the entrance to a parking garage than a five-star hotel. The staff are not very attentive or engaging with guests. The coffee and tea supplies in the suite were not replenished unless I specifically asked a staff member. Based on my experience, this hotel does not meet five-star standards. I would rate it as a four-star hotel at best. The price is far too high for the level of service and facilities provided.
