6.0On 2nd day (12th july) of my stay, the reception staff was rude. I gone around 11pm to check for taxi and he said there in only one taxi is for entire hotel and I asked "how come this is a 3 star hotel with one taxi ?". And then it gone bad. On his look. I don't think he was suitable for desk job. I have been in many hotels including abroad and this was first time I have seen such an idiot on front desk. Its high time when hotel management should look into this.

8.0Great hotel staff were very polite help full in every way,Clean rooms bedding changed daily laundry service excellent, Continental breakfast as well as the traditional offered,Room service buffet great selection of variety on offer, Daily papers supplied,Could I fault this hotel not really for the cost it was worth every penny on my 2 week stay very pleasant, I would not hesitate to stay here again 2 buildings away is a gym with a fully equipped workout,steam,massage, very delighted, Great location to access main city loads of shopping malls a short distance away by taxi, Thank you all for a great time.

10.0Best Western Jubilee Ridge was a great choice for the purpose of my travel, only 3 mnts from my intended location, few steps from all brands shopping lane and best jewelery shops. Most importantly, i shall say that my experience at BW Jubilee Ridge was very good, i stayed 10 nights and i really can't complain, employees were really cooperative and welcoming and ready to assist, Syria was akways there to make sure that all is well and the 2 Bibas :) Taher, praveen and all staff were truly great. I do recommend this hotel and i will stay again in Best Western Jubilee Ridge whenever i go to that of the wirld.
