8.0Bonsoir, personnels du soir très gentil l,e veilleur de nuit ,très bien, et sympathique .Parcontre ce du matin devraient prendre l exemple de l équipes du soir ,,moins acceuillant et aimables.Sugestion.mettre des pancartes si occupé ou pas si la personne à quitté la chambre .parce que cela est désagréable de frapper à la porte dès 10h30 du matin où les femmes de chambre sont pas très souriantes et nonchalantes . Voila autrement dans l ensemble ces bien. Cordialement melle Mila Samia

4.0Réveil à 2h30, bataille rangée dans le couloir d'un couple. Pas d'intervention. Beaucoup de fumeurs, pour un ancien fumeur ce fut très désagréable sachant qu'à priori c'est interdit. Encore un pb au niveau de la reservation. L'hotel n'avait pas vu que la chambre était déjà payée et m'a demandé de régler.
