Great location. The condo needs a good fumigation for cockroaches, and vacuum, and a screen for the sliding glass door.
8.0Location! Directly on the beach. The building itself is very clean and there was a worker who wiped down the beach chairs every morning. The beach lounge chairs provided were great.
− The condo was unkept. We saw 2 cockroaches. There was no screen in the sliding glass doors so we could keep them open and get fresh air and listen to the waves. There was no vacuum for the floors to try to keep up with the sand. There was an old frayed broom. In the bedroom there was a small dresser for clothes but all except 2 drawers were glued shut. The pool had a lot of sand in it.

10.0Good location.We loved the style of the room!The industrial rustic design is very cool and interesting. It definitely made our stay more memorable.The only issue was the soundproofing,which was very poor.We could hear the neighbors almost word for word.But overall, the experience was truly great

Avoid Unit 223- Bug and mold on unit
1.0The location is on the beach. The staff at the renovated motel/now a “condo” was out cleaning the pool so I saw they cared.
− Unit 223- BUGS in the tiny condo. Crawling on my bathing suits and clothes in my luggage and backpack. They would crawl on you when sitting on the couch AND the bed. Mold in the air conditioning vent. Owner was absolutely HORRIBLE. Blamed me and my husband for eating in the unit and causing it to be bug infested. Then when I wanted a refund for the 4 nights we were not staying (I’m not sleeping in a bed when I have video of bugs crawling on my legs) The owner accused me of trying to extort money from him. Give me a freaking break!!! Absolutely ridiculous! We only had take out from a restaurant and it was in the fridge. Owner is terrible. AVOID Unit 223 AVOID!!!
