2.0Paid $89 a night for a six-night booking. It is the most we paid in four months of travel. On arrival and after we had paid, we were told about a carnival 30 meters from our site, and that fighter jets would be flying overhead during our stay. I was disappointed that this could not be told to us when we were making our phone booking roughly a month earlier. When we book a Discovery Park, we have an expectation of what the brand will deliver. This park sadly disappointed.
Disappointing
5.0− I accidentally left a brand new dress in the cupboard when I stayed and forgot to pack it the next day due to leaving very early. When I arrived home which is in Queensland I realised that I’d left it behind and politely asked the staff to send it to me as they have it sitting in the storage room at the premises. I was happy to cover all the postage costs, just needed them to post it. They told me that they don’t do that in not in their policy to post lost items to their owners. I found this pretty upsetting as there was no other way for me to get my dress back. So I am dissatisfied with their customer service and will not be recommending or staying with Discovery Parks Darwin again.

− Staff not friendly, constant texts to people staying there to drive slowly and lock up valuables.

Great large clean cabin style room with privacy, close to everything we need to go to during stay.
