6.0The hotel is in a safe neighborhood, but it’s a bit tired. No USB charging ports, no electrical outlets between the beds, old saggy pillows. It was convenient to the Brooklyn cruise port, but just average

10.0The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Wish i had a room on one of the upper floors so i could enjoy the balcony. But i didn't think to make that request when i booked the room.
