10.0The hotel is located in a very good and safe area of Nairobi. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the shower is large with excellent water pressure Above all, the hotel staff are wonderful and extremely helpful with everything. It started with the receptionist, who welcomed us with a drink, arranged our rooms quickly in the middle of the night, and helped us with our luggage. The breakfast experience was also excellent. Everyone was very friendly, the coffee was great, and the food was delicious. It may be a small hotel, but it is filled with people who have very big hearts.
− The Hotel has 2 floors with no elevator, but since the crew helps you with the luggage I think it is better than big hotel to wait for the elevator
