2.0Location was pretty good and easy to get out and about.
− Horrible administrative support. Zero after hours access. Mold on curtains. Dead roaches. No housekeeping during 4 day stay.

2.0The location
− They were doing construction using jackhammer’s on the units below me and beside me someone should’ve told me this before I went there since it had been going on for quite a while. I think I should really get a partial refund for four days. I got to hear the jackhammer noises I do construction if I would’ve wanted that I would’ve stayed at home.
Comfortable stay with spectacular views.
8.0We had a corner unit overlooking the ocean, so the view was spectacular. The location is also great with a nice beach right next to the condos. We kitchen was well stocked, and we had a very comfortable stay.
− The pool was very small, and we were provided with a limited number of beach towels that we had to wash ourselves after each use, so that was not very convenient.

8.0The location is excellent. Condo was nicely stocked. Staff was very nice, attentive.
− The elevator! The first one was broken for some weeks waiting on parts to repair. The second one broke right after we checked in. No elevator for a 10 + story building! Especially bad with heavy luggage! It got fixed a day or two later. The building really starts to show its age. Cracks in the facade outside. The condo was updated nicely but one wall in the kitchen was very wet and sheet rock soft. There was an unattended water leak behind the wall. Definitely been there for a while. Things like this need to be addressed. No mildew smell yet, but…

I’ll sum it up in one word, perfection.
10.0The condo location is perfect! We watched whales every morning while having coffee! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was always plenty of parking. There is literally nothing negative about staying here. It was a part of a perfect vacation. We will be back!
