9.0Late night staff was was wonderful!
− The shower had black along the tub, which looked like mold.
Pleasent, cozy, n comfortable.

This is a “ has been “ hotel. - has seen better days for providing a good experience for it’s customers
6.0Soft beds, pool
− No shampoo or conditioner. Asked for some but they had no small containers. Maid staff must not have checked as all 3 bottles were empty. Bolt lock on door didn’t work. Hot tub jets did not work. Outside of building needed both gardening care and cleaning of debris. Checkin staff not very friendly. Price on the high end for the experience!

− Bathroom was dirty and hotel was crazy hot.
Dirty with bugs
3.0− Switched rooms three times because the air conditioners didn’t work. The carpet had sticky stains on it and there were bugs in the bathroom. The outdoor pool was clean
