Comfortable stay with clean rooms, but a disappointing restaurant experience.
4.0The hotel itself was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
− Unfortunately, the restaurant experience fell well below expectations. Only strong beer was available, so I had to step out to the nearby mall to buy regular beer. We also ordered a dish from the restaurant's "The Lost Recipes of India" menu, but the portion size was surprisingly small. It would have been helpful if the staff taking our order had mentioned this in advance so we could have ordered accordingly. To make matters worse, the restaurant forgot to prepare our dessert altogether. They realised the mistake only after we had finished our main course, and it took another 30 minutes for the dessert to arrive. My wife and son waited, but I eventually gave up and returned to the room out of frustration. The restaurant needs significant improvement in both service and customer communication.
