8.0Spacious hotel, plentiful breakfast buffet, large comfy rooms, great swimming pool and pretty gardens - all in a good location for huge shopping mall, supermarkets and ATMs
− Our driver told us it had been upgraded to a 5* hotel. This is hard to believe. It's lovely but some areas are a little jaded - eg worn enamel on bath, slightly tatty towels. But for the price, I'd say it's brilliant

8.0The breakfast has a variety of selection and the gardens give a nice atmosphere to the place. The staff is nice and serves you with smile. The place has a nice traditional vibe.
− We kept turning off the air conditioning after they make up the room as they were too cold for us!

Hotel with great facilities but with rooms needing improvement

− There were basic things that were not up to standard of this class of hotel when it comes to the room (based on my own experience). For example, hand towel was not provided, subscription tv was not functional (despite technician having come to checked) or tea cups were not cleaned properly (visibly noticable)

8.0El que més em va agradar és que l'hotel ofereix pràcticament tots els serveis que es poden necessitar en un mateix lloc: diversos restaurants, una piscina molt agradable, una zona d'spa, gimnàs i altres instal·lacions. Això fa que sigui molt còmode i no calgui sortir de l'hotel si no es vol. A més, l'habitació era àmplia i confortable.
− Si hagués de destacar algun aspecte menys positiu, diria que és un complex molt gran i, de vegades, per anar d'una instal·lació a una altra cal caminar força. També em va donar la sensació que és un hotel força orientat al turisme local. No és pas una cosa negativa —de fet, està perfectament preparat per rebre visitants internacionals—, però aquest enfocament també es reflectia en alguns aspectes, com ara l'ambient de la piscina o l'oferta gastronòmica. Tot i que hi havia una gran varietat de restaurants i opcions per menjar, la majoria de propostes estaven més orientades a la cuina local que no pas a una oferta més internacional.
