10.0A wonderful stay. Not only is this guest house run for a great cause (education of indigenous people in Guamote and surroundings) it is done without sacrificing any comfort, style or creativity for guests. Staff (both local and expat) were great. The breakfast and dinner were a cut above Ecuadorian standards. The room was comfortable and spacious with a king bed and good shower. Much more than you would expect in this very local village

High-end hotel in little village
10.0Very nice hotel, though splurged as it was out of my budget. They do great work running a foundation to help people in Ecuador, so it was good to know that some of the money went to that. Not many options in town, and this was very nice, though so different from the surroundings of a humble little town.
