8.0Sehr besonderes, fast herrschaftliches Gebäude mitten im Wald vom Nationalpark. Die Zimmer sind gross und bequem, es gibt drei Private Onsen und das Personal ist freundlich. Beim Frühstück etwas Gedränge, aber war alles dabei.
− Wenn man bei Halbpension das Essen (Auch ohne Voranmeldung) verpasst, gibt es keine Rückerstattung und der Preis wirkt generell für das Hotel und Angebot zu hoch. Englisch gehört hier auch nicht zum Inventar.

8.0Ligger fint til, litt under en kilometer fra ropeway. Veldig bra frokost med stort utvalg. Stort rom, onsen med bad innen- og utendørs. Liten butikk i resepsjonen.
− Bestilte middag på forhånd og det var ingen vilje til å etterkomme noen ønsker, heller ikke unnlate å servere retter som ikke kunne spises

Hotel completo con servicios durante todo el día!
8.0La ubicación está genial y se puede llegar en transporte público (bus) hasta la puerta del hotel. El hotel está pensado para que puedas pasar todo el día allí y estés entretenido: onsen, restaurantes, afternoon tea con scones, vinos después de la cena, ramen nocturno... se agradece! especialmente si el tiempo no permite subir al teleférico, como nos pasó a nosotros.
− La comida del restaurante está bien, pero podría mejorar. Especialmente el desayuno deja bastante que desear y no está al nivel del resto del hotel. También creo que el hotel podría poner un bus lanzadera para ir al teleférico: es un servicio que le cuesta poco, y que otros hoteles en Japón lo ofrecen para trayectos aún más cortos. Son sólo 5 minutos a pie, pero puede hacer muy mal tiempo y el camino está lleno de señales de avistamientos recientes de osos, así que deberían priorizar la seguridad de los huéspedes.

8.0− The pajamas they provide are polyester and not very comfortable. For the price they charge I would’ve expected something nicer like cotton.

9.0Gostamos muito do atendimento dos funcionários desde o pré check in. Como tenho restrição de comida em relação a lactose e glúten o funcionário da recepção verificou os itens que eu poderia comer no jantar e pediu pra trocar o pão por arroz. O hotel fica praticamente em frente ao ponto de ônibus de Asahidake Camping e a uma curta distância do teleférico. O onsen é muito bom principalmente a área externa. O quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável.
− Poderia haver mais opções de comida no café da manhã para quem tem restrição a glúten
