9.0二家族で利用しました。 スタッフの方々皆さんとても親切でブュッフェは朝夜とても美味しく平日は時間制限も無くゆっくりゆったり出来ました 部屋は広くロケーションも良く防音もしっかりされています 孫はプールを気に入り二日間入りとても楽しんでました 天文台は曇っていて星を見る事は出来ませんでしたが晴れた日にまた行ってみたいです。

9.0プールは利用した日と、次の日まで追加料金なく使えて、ジェット噴射のパワーがとても強くて楽しいです。 天体望遠鏡があり、金星と月を見せてもらいました。貴重な体験でした。 大浴場も露天風呂もありゆっくりできました。 伊勢神宮巡りがメインの旅行でしたが、車で40分かけてくる価値はありました。

− 空調の冷房効きが悪く、夏場の宿泊では室温がなかなか下がらず快適に過ごせませんでした。 また、天然温泉が別料金であることについて事前案内が十分ではなく、利用時に初めて追加料金が必要だと知りました。予約時やチェックイン時に分かりやすく案内していただけるとよいと思います。
