− I didn't get a refund for a reservation that was made for June 15th-16th, I didn't stay there! I love this hotel and would very much appreciate a refund for $224.28.

10.0The pet friendly room was nice to not have direct neighbors just in case the pups barked.
− Would like to have more sound proofing for the doors. The noises in the hall alerted the dogs making them anxious.
The hotel worked for us this time, disappointed with the sleeping experience.

− There was no way to make the room dark enough with the uplighting at the window. There were dark out curtains but there gaps that could not be managed in away that make the room dark enough to sleep, part of sleep hygiene, I am sure they are aware of.
