1.0− ⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Unprofessional Staff, and No Accountability One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During my stay, my watch went missing from inside my closed travel bag. What made the situation even more concerning was that I noticed my bags had been moved from their original positions. When I reported the incident to the hotel staff, instead of showing any concern or attempting to help, they simply told me that it was not their problem because I hadn’t left my belongings in the safe. I find this response completely unacceptable. Guests should be able to leave their personal belongings inside closed luggage without worrying about them going missing. What made the experience even worse was the hotel’s attitude toward my checkout. I checked out just 22 minutes late, and the staff were repeatedly calling me and acting as though I had overstayed by two hours. It’s unbelievable how seriously they treated a 22-minute delay while showing absolutely no urgency or concern when I reported my missing watch. Apparently, 22 minutes of late checkout is a bigger issue to this hotel than a guest reporting missing valuables. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and accountability was shocking. I expected much better treatment and basic respect as a paying guest. I would strongly advise anyone staying here to be extremely careful with their belongings. I personally would never stay at this hotel again.

4.0Nice rooms and service
− There is a nightclub in the hotel, and the music was so loud that we could hear everything in our room. The only way to get some sleep was to use earplugs, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. The breakfast was also very poor, with limited quality and selection. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
