− The food was really average and lets the hotel down. They are catering for the US customer. They do not offer gluten free bread or pasta. Very limited on what we could eat so had to resort to eating out.

− We liked everything! Only remark is that if you’re driving instead of taking a tour van be prepared to drive through many potholes and very narrow bridges.
Absolutely amazing place but the restaurants were a bit too pricey for my liking
9.0The property was absolutely amazing. It was probably the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. We were surrounded by jungle.
− The only thing I didn’t like was the prices of the restaurants. One restaurant was a little more expensive than the other, but both were what I consider insanely expensive, especially given the economy there and the general prices of things. but saying that, everything they made was so incredibly fresh.

8.0Location and vibe of the resort was great in the rainforest. Hot springs and pool was very nice. One of a kind! Staff was friendly, and a dedicated concierge was a very big plus. Bryan took care of us as we checked in and with any reservations we needed. Fruit patter was waiting for us once we got to the room. Staff went extra miles to welcome us with a cute towel swans for our wedding anniversary.
− Food would be our only complaint. Food was hit or miss. Besides the burgers, rest of menu lacked flavors and freshness. Also the lighting could be better to set the mood inside the restaurant for dinner. Drinks were good but really wished the food was better. Not worth the value.
