2.0Room had weird layout, was old and needed some serious renovations. We were a bit underwhelmed upon our arrival since we had paid for a suite, so we asked for a new room… In this new room, there was such a strong smell (humidity or something) and the noise from neighbours kept us up all night. On our final day, we asked to switch room again so we could sleep. But this new room was filled with lady bugs. I know it’s the season, but how could they get in the room with sealed windows… I tried to find where they came from and emptied out a box of tissue just trying to get as many as I could. They kept coming so we finally gave up and decided to leave. The staff was very comprehensive and agreed to a refund (thanks). Oh and the beach was closed… It was supposed to be open though, so that’s that.
