− Zastarel hotel. Tu smo z otroki letovali pred dvajsetimi leti in je še danes vse tako kot takrat. Postelje popolnoma dotrajane, odpadajo letve.

10.0Mieliśmy bardzo udany pobyt w hotelu Pagus. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, piękne widoki i bardzo dobre warunki do wypoczynku. Pokoje są komfortowe, jedzenie smaczne, a cała obsługa miła i pomocna. Podczas naszego pobytu pojawił się nieprzewidziany problem techniczny z drzwiami balkonowymi w naszym pokoju. W moim przypadku było to szczególnie istotne, ponieważ poruszam się na wózku inwalidzkim i potrzebuję pokoju dostosowanego do moich potrzeb. Początkowo zaproponowane rozwiązanie nie było dla mnie odpowiednie, jednak po zgłoszeniu problemu hotel ostatecznie bardzo dobrze podszedł do całej sytuacji i po naszym powrocie do domu rozpatrzył reklamację oraz przyznał nam zwrot w wysokości 328,84 €. To pokazuje, że hotel potrafi wziąć odpowiedzialność za zaistniałą sytuację i przede wszystkim szanuje swoich gości oraz ich uwagi. Doceniam takie podejście i dlatego z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten hotel. Dziękuję całemu zespołowi Hotelu Pagus za pobyt i profesjonalne rozwiązanie problemu. Z przyjemnością wrócimy w przyszłości!
