No hablar inglés es un inconveniente
8.0El sitio es espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza. La comida tanto de desayuno, almuerzo y cena estaba muy rica. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas aunque escuchabas todo de los vecinos colindantes. Todo muy bien organizado. Los guías Cristian y Carlos fueron muy atentos.
− La atención está muy muy orientada al turista americano. Parecía que hablar español era un problema, incluso en un país hispanohablante. Íbamos en un grupo de 3, de los que solo hablaba uno inglés y en las excursiones y charlas les teníamos que pedir si las podían dar en español, teniendo siempre tenían que consultarlo, pareciendo que era un problema. Es el único aspecto que tienen que mejorar, ya que nos sentíamos siempre fuera de lugar.

9.0Alles sehr gut. Die Lage mitten im Dschungel ist unglaublich beeindruckend.
− Es gab eine Zimmerverwechslung, so dass wir die erste Nacht und den ersten Tag bis um 15.00 nicht unser gebuchtes Zimmer hatten. Die Differenz wurde uns jedoch nachträglich vergütet. Das gebuchte Zimmer war wunderbar.
Atemberaubend schön
10.0Unglaublich schöne Lodge mitten im Amazonas Gebiet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Schon im Bus von mir mit einer liebevoll zubereiten Mahlzeit empfangen, das Essen in der Lodge selber wirklich bestens. Mehrmals am Tag kleine und größere Ausflüge und Expeditionen. Eduson unser Guide wirklich immer mit vollem Herzen dabei, hat uns sehr vieles gezeigt und hatte für jeden ein offenes Ohr. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.
