Glangwili Mansion is a beautiful upmarket B&B, quite as good as all the previous reviews have rated it. The owners, George and Linda (and their friendly dog Willow), were welcoming and friendly and great at making suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. There is a great pub nearby and an excellent restaurant a little further away - for Londoners a meal to match anything in the city for half the price. George and Linda could not have been more helpful, phoning a local GP and arranged for my husband to visit an hour later, and offering their wifi connection and a room to use for a Teams meeting when work sadly followed us away (not needed, the guest wifi was fine). The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfasts are superb, perfectly cooked, loads of choice and excellent coffee. Lots of great chat and stories with George as he served breakfast. You really felt as if nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky with the weather, and the garden is a fantastic place to sit. We only realised after booking that Glangwili Mansion has won several tourism awards, and I am not surprised. We could not recommend it highly enough.

Absolutely spot on! A superb stay with modern and spotless facilities. Breakfast was first class and my gluten free option catered for without fuss. Hosts Linda and George made us feel very welcome and had all necessary precautions in place upon opening after the Covid19 lockdown.

Wonderful B&B in a lovely part of Wales. The hosts and their adorable puppy were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We will return I’m sure.

The hotel was beautiful. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Probably need a car to get about easily from there as not sure how good rural public transport is.

Beautiful property and location and very relaxing. Husband and wife team are super welcoming and make you feel at ease. Would definitely come back! Very convenient for Skanda Vale.

Luxury hideaway

Beautiful quiet location and the owners couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Very large room and very comfortable chair in the bedroom. On the minus side the nearest eating places are a short drive away. Nice small lake next door.
