10.0A charming, heritage-listed boutique hotel just off Queenscliff's main drag with exceptionally friendly staff, terrific breakfast choices included in room-rate and shared guest lounge plus open verandahs. We've stayed more than once---an atmospheric beach-side gem.

8.0We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again in the future. I still have trouble with self check IN and self check OUT , maybe this is the future with labour costs rising ect. What a pity!

10.0I had a wonderful stay and would return. Emma was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was just what I wanted and very clean. A welcoming atmosphere, lovely building and surroundings. The location was perfect.
A pleasant stay at Athelstane House
8.0The room #2, was clean and spacious with a private balcony accessed from the room. The breakfast was excellent served by friendly staff with access to outside tables if you prefer rather than to staying inside the breakfast room. The only mild criticism was that the bed was too soft for us as we are used to a much firmer bed.
