10.0Location suited our activities in Tanunda & Angaston. & our favourite winery, Torbrek, & great restaurants. Quality fit out, & excellent local provisions for a hearty breakfast. Plenty of spots to lounge outside or sit. Also a second setting for meals ,, outside. Choice of a slow wood-burner for heating or reverse-cycle a/c unit (quiet).fabulous for our mid-winter stay. Very quiet location. Car needed.
− A dry winter last year meant the lake was at low level. Views from Haven 1, 2 not as pretty as from the honey coloured cottage.

Idyllic location for short holiday.
8.0The location was idyllic. It was quiet and secluded but only five minutes by car to Tanunda. The breakfast provisions were excellent and the kitchen well-appointed for cooking. Little touches such as chocolates by the bed, cheese, biscuits and olives, along with a complimentary bottle of shiraz were much appreciated. We had an issue with the shower gel having leaked out into the soup tray and onto the vanity before our arrival (very messy) and it was rectified with a new bottle very promptly. The spa bath area was spacious and romantic with beautiful views over the vineyard.
− The cottage was a bit smaller than I was expecting for the price. The bedroom was reasonably claustrophobic - very little room to move around but this was alleviated somewhat with the adjacent sunroom/spa area to store bags and use as a dressing room. The combined kitchen, dining and lounge area was not big either but was warm and adequate for a couple.
